Аннотация

Chondroid syringoma (CS), also known as cutaneous mixed tumor, is a benign adnexal tumor arising from sweat gland origin, most commonly affecting the head and neck. Due to its nonspecific clinical appearance, it is frequently mistaken for more common cutaneous lesions, making histopathologic evaluation key for diagnosis. We present three cases of CS occurring on the glabella, lower eyelid, and cheek, each demonstrating distinct clinical morphology and posing diagnostic challenges. All lesions were excised and confirmed histologically, showing characteristic chondromyxoid stroma and epithelial glandular structures without malignant features. This series highlights the clinical variability of CS and emphasizes the importance of maintaining a broad differential diagnosis for solitary nodules in the head and neck region. Complete surgical excision remains the treatment of choice and is typically curative.
