A 73-year-old female patient presented for an outpatient CT scan of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis with contrast medium injection, complaining of weight loss to rule out a space-occupying lesion. Computed tomography (CT) revealed an aortic dissection type Stanford A. The case demonstrates an incidental finding of a long-standing aortic dissection in an asymptomatic patient.
