Аннотация

Necrolytic migratory erythema (NME) is a rare disease characterized by painful, pruritic, and migratory reddish-brown plaques and papules, vesicles, blisters, and erosions. It usually affects the periorificial, intertriginous, and acral areas, although it can involve any area of the body. The lesions are usually evanescent and can mimic other conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, or infections, making its diagnosis complex. This disease is associated with glucagonoma in 90% of cases and with other diseases in the remaining 10%. Its evolution is related to the progression of these underlying conditions. Therefore, once diagnosed, studies are recommended to identify and treat associated diseases. We report two clinical cases of adult patients in whom the discovery of this disease and the diagnosis of pancreatic neoplasia were made simultaneously.
