Аннотация
This is a retrospective analysis reviewing 106 neurotoxic snakebite cases that was conducted at a tertiary care hospital in northern India. Patient demographics, clinical presentations, treatment modalities, and outcomes were evaluated using standardized protocols. The study demonstrates the effectiveness of early medical intervention and protocol-based management in reducing snakebite mortality. These findings provide valuable insights in devising the novel terminology "seasonal myasthenic-like syndrome" for such a subset of patients. "Seasonal myasthenic-like syndrome" is proposed as a clinical descriptor for emergency settings in resource-limited tropical countries to facilitate rapid recognition and treatment initiation during high-risk periods.
