Аннотация
We present a case of 9-month survival following rupture of an abdominal aortic aneurysm that was managed nonoperatively with impulse control and reversal of anticoagulation. Open surgical repair was not offered because of significant medical comorbidities, and endovascular repair was not feasible because of anatomical considerations. The patient died 9 months later from respiratory failure.
