Аннотация
The authors report a case of lacrimo-auriculo-dento-digital syndrome in a 16-month-old boy with punctal agenesis, upper canalicular dysgenesis and polydactyly, presenting as bilateral congenital nasolacrimal duct obstruction and unilateral acute dacryocystitis.
