Аннотация
Non-operative management is considered safe in hemodynamically stable patients. Newer recommendations have emerged, focusing more on clinical status rather than injury grade. However, there is still no strong consensus on certain recommendations. Questions such as the applicability of pediatric guidelines to adult guidelines, timing of follow-up scans, and discharge are still highly debated. This review highlights the need for a national Danish guideline.
