The author reports, how the reactions of tuberculous primary and challenge infections can be varied by means of the modern possibilities when using antituberculotics or corticosteroids influencing more or less the growth of germs. In that way hypersensitivity and acquired immunity induced by the tuberculous infection can be governed, suppressed or increased.
