[The research on the system of prevention of spread of epidemics by rail transfer in China from 1910 to 1937].

The rail epidemic system to prevent the spread of plague began during the plague epidemic in northeast China in 1910. The laws and institutions of epidemic prevention evolved and were instituted following the development of the epidemic situation to control it. After the establishment of the Railways Ministry of the National Government in Nanjing, the rail epidemic prevention system was gradually perfected.
