Аннотация
Placental growth factor (PlGF) and the ratio of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 to PlGF have been shown to be useful tests for early detection and diagnosis of preeclampsia. This paper outlines the process of implementing soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1:PlGF testing at our institution, drawing on theories and principles of change management. Alongside clinical and cost considerations, inter-departmental relationship building, stakeholder buy-in, and case building were essential in bringing this testing into practice at our institution.
