Аннотация
Iliopsoas impingement is an increasingly recognized source of groin pain following total hip arthroplasty. It occurs from mechanical conflict between the iliopsoas tendon and prosthetic components, most commonly the acetabular rim or femoral collar. Diagnosis relies on a combination of history, physical examination, and imaging, with ultrasound offering unique diagnostic and therapeutic roles. While most patients improve with nonoperative care, persistent cases may require surgical intervention. Arthroscopic iliopsoas release has demonstrated excellent outcomes with minimal morbidity and low subsequent rates of revision arthroplasty.
