Аннотация
The authors report their experience of the treatment of Dupuytren's disease under loco-regional intravenous anaesthesia. This form of anaesthesia, which is always effective, does not induce any surgical complications and the incidents specifically related to the technique are very minor. This is a very simple method which is particularly suitable for outpatient surgery.
