Аннотация
An approach for integrating Patient-Reported Outcomes into the OMOP Common Data Model is presented. Feasibility is demonstrated, although coverage remains constrained by vocabulary gaps. Information loss can be minimized by the consideration of outcome origin, negation, and temporal annotation.
