Аннотация
A 74-year-old male with ankylosing spondylitis sustained a C6-7 three-column injury from a fall. He underwent triple-rod fixation with laminar screws, which resulted in slight neurological recovery and independent ambulation with a walker. Triple-rod constructs with laminar screws enhance stability, modularity, and fixation options in complex cervical cases, including ankylosing spondylitis, cervical deformities, multilevel corpectomy, and tumor reconstructions.
