This technique describes the fabrication of a digitally designed and subtractively manufactured denture base, a conventional compression-molded denture base for an immediate implant overdenture, and polyetheretherketone frameworks step-by-step. The integration of techniques facilitated a predictable transition to a mandibular implant overdenture for a patient with terminal dentition.
