Novel Therapeutic Targets in the Management of Psoriatic Disease.
Аннотация
The treatment landscape for psoriatic disease is rapidly evolving, offering improved disease control and enhanced quality of life. This article highlights an expanding repertoire of therapies, including biologics targeting key cytokines, nanobody-based treatments for greater stability and cost-efficiency, and long-acting antibodies to reduce dosing frequency. Combination approaches improve outcomes in refractory cases, while glucagon-like peptide 1 receptor agonists address systemic inflammation and comorbidities. Cell-targeted therapies provide precision and fewer side effects by focusing on pathogenic cells. Paired with advancements in predictive medicine, these innovations signify a shift toward safer, more personalized therapies that redefine psoriatic disease management.
