[Prioritizing interventional diagnosis and treatment for tracheobronchial tuberculosis: paradigm shift and clinical practice enhancement based on the 2025 guidelines].
Аннотация
Tracheobronchial tuberculosis (TBTB) is a key cause of long-term lung function impairment and diminished quality of life in pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Although the Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of tracheobronchial tuberculosis (2025 Edition) systematically establishes a new diagnosis and treatment framework, prevalent issues in clinical practice-including insufficient awareness, delayed diagnosis, and non-standardized technical application-severely constrain the improvement of TBTB treatment outcomes. This article aims to integrate the core updates of the new guidelines with the latest international research advances to analyze the severe challenges currently faced in TBTB diagnosis and treatment. It advocates for the foundational role of bronchoscopic interventional technology in the comprehensive management of the disease and calls on clinicians to restructure clinical practice with the philosophy of "early intervention, precise classification, and multidisciplinary collaboration" to meaningfully improve the prevention and management of TBTB.
