Аннотация
The authors report the clinical case of a patient with double antiaggregant therapy who was admitted with a massive traumatic haemothorax and haemorrhagic shock in the Emergency Department of our hospital. She had an immediate thoracotomy with significant haemodynamic instability. The pos-operative outcome was good and the patient was discharged home.
