Аннотация
A man in his late 60s presented to the emergency assessment unit with chest pain. An incidental finding of a right axillary mass was noted, initially thought to represent lymphadenopathy, and investigations for underlying malignancy were initiated. Contrast CT imaging ultimately demonstrated a large axillary artery aneurysm. Further interrogation of the patient's medical history revealed previous coronary angiograms via right radial artery access. The patient was referred to vascular surgery and underwent open repair. This case highlights the need to include axillary artery aneurysm as a differential diagnosis for an axillary mass, especially when there is a history of a radial artery transcatheter procedure.
