[Strengthen the quality control of occupational contraindication "chronic kidney disease" determination in occupational health surveillance].

Since the implementation of GBZ 188-2014 "Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Surveillance", it has played a significant role in the determination of target diseases in occupational health examinations, effectively safeguarding the health of workers. However, in practical applications, various occupational health examination institutions have encountered difficulties in identifying "chronic kidney disease" as an occupational contraindication and have inconsistent determination standards. Given that the new version of GBZ 188-2025 "Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Surveillance" is about to be implemented, summarizing previous quality control experiences is particularly important. From the perspective of quality control, this paper discusses the connotation and examination contents of chronic kidney disease as an occupational contraindication in the technical specifications, providing a reference for the smooth implementation of the new standard and the continuous improvement of occupational health surveillance quality.
