Аннотация
Ligamentous injuries to multiple interphalangeal joints of an extremity have seldom been reported. We treated a patient with multiple ligamentous injuries in the little finger. Manual reduction of the distal interphalangeal (DIP) joint and surgical repair of the radial collateral ligament were performed to correct multidimensional joint instability and to allow for rehabilitation.
