Аннотация
OBJECTIVE: To study the association between self-rated health and in vitro fertilization outcomes in women with infertility undergoing embryo transfer.
DESIGN: Prospective cohort study.
SUBJECTS: A total of 800 women with infertility undergoing embryo transfer at a tertiary reproductive center in China.
EXPOSURE: Self-rated health assessed across physical, psychological, social, and overall domains on the day of embryo transfer.
MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Clinical pregnancy, implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy, and early miscarriage.
RESULTS: Self-rated health in any domain was not significantly associated with clinical pregnancy, implantation rate, biochemical pregnancy, or early miscarriage after adjustment for demographic and clinical confounders.
CONCLUSION: Self-rated health was not associated with in vitro fertilization outcomes, suggesting that treatment prognosis is primarily driven by biological and clinical factors.
