Аннотация
The oxidative coupling of methane (OCM) reaction can directly convert CH4 into C2 (ethylene, ethane), which is vital for converting the world's abundant natural gas into valuable chemicals. Na-W-Mn/SiO2 catalyst with high thermal stability and catalytic activity has been widely studied. However, the high temperature required for OCM reaction over Na-W-Mn/SiO2 catalyst has restricted its application. The development of low-temperature OCM catalysts is currently one of the hot topics in research. This study regulated the MnOx-Na2WO4 interaction by adjusting the Mn loading, inducing changes in oxygen species and achieving low-temperature oxidative coupling on traditional Na-W-Mn/SiO2 catalyst. At 750°C, the Na-W-5Mn/SiO2 catalyst achieved a CH4 conversion of 44.4%, C2 selectivity of 45.9%, and a C2 yield of 20.4%.
