Аннотация
17-year-old female patient with myasthenia gravis was admitted to Thoracic Surgery Unit Silesian Medical Academy for thoracoscopic thymectomy. Unfortunately she was allergic to atracurium, cis-atracurium and other intravenous anaesthetics. She was anaesthetized using sevoflurane and intubated by means of right double lumen tube.
