Аннотация
Herein, we report a visible-light-driven 1,2-alkylpyridylation of alkenes via the deacylation of unactivated ketones, which exhibits broad substrate compatibility with various alkenes, dihydroquinazolinone derivatives, and substituted 4-cyanopyridines. Gram-scale synthesis and late-stage modification of bioactive molecule derivatives were successfully achieved. Mechanistic studies confirm a radical pathway, and a plausible photoredox mechanism is proposed.
