Аннотация
Less-common congenital facial clefts were originally described by Tessier and bear his name and classification system. These clefts are limited to the primary and secondary palate and involve other regions of the face other than simply the lips, palate, and nose. They are also among the more complex of facial anomalies, affecting both soft tissues and skeletal structures, which presents difficulties for surgical correction.
