Аннотация
Artificial intelligence (AI) is reshaping the field of male reproductive medicine, offering new possibilities for diagnosis and treatment. This review highlights AI's growing role in fertility medicine - from more accurate sperm assessments to data-driven treatment optimization - showing how these tools are reshaping clinical decision-making. Notably, predictive modeling is emerging as a powerful tool for developing individualized treatment strategies, potentially transforming patient management paradigms. The integration of these technologies into clinical practice presents both opportunities and challenges. Ethical considerations surrounding data privacy and the appropriate use of these automated systems in medical decision-making require careful attention. As these technologies continue to evolve, they are poised to transform male fertility care by combining advanced analytics with clinical expertise. The future of andrological care will require thoughtful integration of technological advancements while safeguarding core principles of medical ethics, keeping clinician oversight, and preserving patient-centered practice.
