Аннотация
We present two cases of stent fracture and stenosis after patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) stenting for palliation of congenital heart disease with duct dependent pulmonary circulation, resulting in clinical compromise and re-intervention with further stent placement. As interventionists undertake PDA stenting in increasingly complex and tortuous ductal morphology, awareness of this potentially serious complication will allow early detection and management to improve patient outcomes.
