Аннотация

BACKGROUND

This study explored the efficacy of nalmefene hydrochloride injection combined with hemoperfusion in acute drug poisoning treatment.

METHODS

A total of 102 patients with acute drug poisoning admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were recruited. Fifty-two cases were assigned to a control group and 50 cases to a study group based on the treatment plan. After admission, the control group received treatment with nalmefene hydrochloride injection, whereas the study group received treatment with hemoperfusion in addition to nalmefene hydrochloride. Treatment effects, conscious awake time, hospitalization duration, plasma drug concentration, blood gas indices, inflammatory factor levels, and complication incidence were recorded between the 2 groups.

RESULTS

The total effective treatment rate in the study group was higher than the control group (χ 2 = 5.696, P = 0.017). The study group had shorter conscious awake and hospitalization time (t = 4.481, 8.043, P < 0.05), lower plasma drug concentrations ( t = 8.313, 8.852, 9.704, 14.377, 17.132, P < 0.05), higher partial pressure of arterial oxygen and mean arterial pressure (t = 4.482, 6.972, P < 0.05), lower partial arterial pressure of carbon dioxide ( t = 6.206, P < 0.05), and lower levels of serum interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha ( t = 13.605, 8.173, P < 0.05) compared with the control group. The total complication rate in the study group (4.00%) was lower relative to the control group (17.31%) (χ 2 = 4.692, P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONS

Nalmefene hydrochloride injection combined with hemoperfusion had a notable effect on acute drug poisoning by shortening the patient's consciousness and hospitalization time, reducing plasma drug concentration, improving blood gas status, and reducing inflammatory reactions, with high safety.
