[Expert consensus on co-ablation system for the treatment of adrenal tumors (2026)].

Co-ablation system, an innovative device independently developed in China, integrates deep hypothermic cryoablation and high-intensity thermal ablation. It has been applied in the local treatment of various solid tumors. Adrenal tumor ablation is associated with a relatively high risk, with hypertensive crisis being a common complication, which restricts the clinical application of ablation techniques in adrenal tumors. To standardize treatment procedures, perioperative management, complication management, and postoperative follow-up, after discussions reached by experts in related fields in China organized by Society of Tumor Ablation Therapy of Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, Ablation Expert Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology, and Chinese Hospital Association Interventional Medical Centers Branch, this expert consensus was formulated for clinical reference and application.
