Аннотация
The patient was a 36-year-old female. The patient underwent gastroscopy examination two months ago. Gastroscopy revealed a mass in the upper esophagus. Then the patient was admitted to our hospital for endoscopic treatment. After admission, the patient underwent endoscopic ultrasound. Endoscopic ultrasound revealed a hypoechoic lesion measuring 20.6 * 10.5 mm in the upper esophagus. The lesion originates from the intrinsic muscle layer. Approximately three-quarters of the lesions are located outside the cavity. The patient's chest enhanced CT showed cystic low-density lesions in the esophageal wall. But no significant enhancement was observed in the lesion. Then the patient underwent endoscopic submucosal dissection of the esophagus. Postoperative pathology shows bronchogenic cyst.
