Аннотация
During an investigation of saprobic microfungi on dead branches in Yunnan Province, China, seven distinct taxa were obtained using single-spore isolation. Based on detailed morphological examination and multigene phylogenetic analyses (maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference) using ribosomal and protein-coding loci, five new species and two new records were identified. The new species are Anastomitrabeculia yunnanensis, Coryneum lincangense, C. lancangense, Helicoma nixiense, and Sclerococcum xiaokongense; the two new records are Dictyocheirospora rotunda and Proliferodiscus chiangraiensis, with the latter representing the first documented asexual morph of the species. These taxa belong to four classes of Ascomycota: Dothideomycetes (Pleosporales, Tubeufiales), Eurotiomycetes (Sclerococcales), Leotiomycetes (Helotiales), and Sordariomycetes (Diaporthales). Detailed descriptions, illustrations, and phylogenetic analyses are provided for all taxa.
