Аннотация
The cross-regional transmission of mosquito-borne infectious diseases has become a prominent challenge in current infectious disease prevention and control, posing a severe threat to global public health. Based on prevention and control of the exported transmission of Chikungunya fever epidemic in Guangzhou in 2025, this paper systematically summarizes the definition, identification methods, prevention and control effects or significance of exported cases of mosquito-borne infectious diseases, analyzes their transmission characteristics, introduces the influencing factors, further summarizes the key points for preventing and controlling of the exported transmission and suggests targeted strategies and measures. The results indicated that exported cases of mosquito-borne infectious diseases exhibited a phased characteristic of "low-level incubation, rapid incidence rise, fluctuating decline". The exported transmission risk was highly correlated with the incidence level and mosquito density in epidemic focus area. Population mobility is a key factor in the exported transmission of the epidemic, and the transmission process is often unnoticeable. For the prevention and control of exported transmission of mosquito-borne infectious diseases, it is essential to simultaneously implement dual management of infected individuals and mosquito vectors, follow the seasonal activity patterns of mosquitoes, and focus on high-risk areas for mosquito breeding and key populations with cross-regional mobility. Surveillance and early warning, regional coordination and collaboration, management of key places, and populations and public health education are key approaches to managing such diseases exported transmission. The findings can be used as theoretical basis and practical reference for the establishment of a cross-regional prevention and control system for mosquito-borne infectious diseases.
