Аннотация
A patient who presented with recurrent bilateral knee effusions was found to have positive serum syphilis serology. She was treated with oral erythromycin to a total of 40 grams and intra-articular injection of steroids in the right knee joint. Late congenital syphilitic arthritis is discussed with a review of the literature.
