Аннотация
A porous boronate affinity adsorbent was synthesized by anchoring β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and 3-aminomethylphenylboronic acid (AMPBA) onto perfluorinated covalent triazine framework (FCTF). This fabricated FCTF@β-CD@AMPBA exhibited pronounced selectivity toward cis-diol containing targets and notable uptake of salbutamol, reaching 173 mg/g. The data of salbutamol adsorption were in close agreement with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model (R2 = 0.9996) and followed the Langmuir model (R2 = 0.9924). FCTF@β-CD@AMPBA-based dispersive solid-phase extraction coupled with high-performance liquid chromatography with an ultraviolet detector was used to determine salbutamol in pork samples. Under optimized conditions, the proposed method exhibited a linear range of 0.3-500 μg/kg, with limit of detection and limit of quantitation as low as 0.11 μg/kg and 0.37 μg/kg, respectively. The extraction recoveries of spiked pork samples were 90-113%, and the relative standard deviations (n = 3) were less than 9.7%. In addition, even after six successive adsorption-desorption cycles, the extraction efficiency was still maintained at 82%.
