Аннотация
Pesticide residues present substantial risks to both human health and ecosystems. Developing a rapid and efficient method for detecting pesticide residues is of great significance. The study devised and compounded an innovative near-infrared fluorescent molecular probe DDHT-Zn coordination in solution for accurate and effective detected glyphosate (Glyp). Upon introducing glyphosate, efficient Zn²⁺ sequestration occurred with concomitant amplification of fluorescence signals, demonstrating competitive coordination-mediated glyphosate detection capability in the DDHT-Zn coordination. This Zn²⁺-based coordination platform exhibited high specificity, robust interference resistance, rapid responsiveness (detection limit: 0.5 nM), and substantial Stokes shift (195 nm), establishing its analytical superiority. Successful glyphosate quantification was achieved in diverse aqueous matrices including Songhua River, carbonated beverages, green tea extract solutions, honeysuckle extract solutions, and soil leachates, showing recovery efficiencies between 97% and 110%. The system further displayed low toxicity, rapid metabolic clearance, and negligible intrinsic fluorescence interference. It has been significantly employed for the monitoring of glyphosate in biological samples, including living rice, cells, and zebrafish. This system provided a promising tool for monitoring the real concentration level of glyphosate in related water and food samples.
