Letter to the editor: The impact of ketamine on ICU mortality in patients with sepsis: A retrospective cohort study.

We have commented on the recent study by Li et al., demonstrate a significant association between ketamine administration and reduced 7-day ICU mortality. Although this study is commendable for its large sample size, we would like to offer some constructive comments that could further strengthen the clinical implications of this work. Stratified analysis of subgroup population by race and SOFA or APACHEII. These key points emphasize the need to improve multi angle analysis by incorporating the results of stratified analysis.
