Аннотация

Hydrazine (N2H4) is a strong reducing agent, which has been widely used in synthetic industry, aerospace, blowing agent and pesticide production. However, with the widespread use of N2H4, its toxicity has also had a negative impact on organisms and the environment. In this paper, a fluorescent probe (EDOT-D) based on 3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene formaldehyde derivative was designed and synthesized, which can achieve rapid and specific reaction to N2H4 in 22 min. And it has been demonstrated by titration experiments that EDOT-D is able to achieve a ratiometric detection of N2H4 with a detection limit as low as 0.408 nM. The specific response of the probe to hydrazine hydrate should be 90 times higher than that of other tested substances. With recovery rates ranging from 84.76 %-106.89 % when applied to lake water, rain water, tap water, and soda. When applied to cell testing, its low toxicity results in a survival rate of up to 95 %. In addition, an EDOT-D polyurethane film was developed to detect N2H4 in water environment.
