Bilateral Anterior Uveitis in the Context of Concurrent HIV and Syphilis Co-infection.

This case report presents bilateral anterior uveitis (BAU) in a 26-year-old male concurrently infected with HIV and syphilis, highlighting a rare and complex clinical presentation.
