Combined medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty and revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with an Achilles tendon allograft offers a promising solution for young, active patients with isolated medial compartment osteoarthritis and a failed prior anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. This technique restores knee stability and function through a joint-preserving approach.
