Аннотация
The aim of the study was to evaluate clinical and laboratory parameters, as well as the early and late results of coronary artery bypass grafting in elderly and very old patients with acute coronary syndrome without ST-segment elevation. Patients were divided into two groups: Group 1 (control) - 41 elderly patients, and Group 2 (study) - 42 elderly patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting. In-hospital mortality did not differ significantly between the study groups; however, after three years of follow-up, mortality in the elderly group reached 26,2% versus 14,6% in the elderly group. Of the deceased patients, 63,6% did not achieve complete revascularization, requiring subsequent emergency hospitalization.
