Аннотация
We report a novel and a serendipitous finding of interventricular septal calcification, in a common case of tetralogy of fallot with absent pulmonary valve in a 13-month old male patient. The patient had a stormy infantile course seeded with multiple episodes of severe wheeze-associated respiratory infection. However, he did well postoperatively. He needs to be followed up closely for septal calcification progression and a remote chance of arrhythmias.
