Аннотация
Three new compounds, including a phenolic acid, a flavonoid, and a benzophenone, were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Hedyotis diffusa Willd. They were determined as 9-[(2E,6E)-1-O-β-d-glucopyranosyl-2,6-dimethyl-2,6-octadienyl]-10-hydroxybenzoic acid (1), quercetin 3-O-[2'-O-(6''-O-E-feruloyl)-β-d-glucopyranosyl]-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), and 4'-hydroxy-3'-β-d-glucopyranosyl-7-carboxyl-5'-methyl benzophenone (3) on the basis of UV, IR, HRESIMS, and NMR data. In addition, compound 3 exhibited moderate cytotoxic activity.
