Congenital dislocation of the hip is still most frequent fault of locomotive system in Poland. The level of prevention and treatment of this foult in Poland is differ from the same situations in other countries.<br /> The paper presents the proposition for the standards for prevention and treatment of the congenital dysplasia of the hip.
