Аннотация
A new sesquiterpene (6 R,7R,10S)-14-hydroxy-epoxycupar-3-ene (1) and two new benzoic derivatives 2,2'-((oxybis(carbonyl))bis(4,1-phenylene))dipropionic acid (2) and 6-carboxy-3-methoxy-5-hydroxycoumarin (3) were obtained from the marine-derived fungus Aspergillus versicolour SCSIO 41697. Compound 1 is a rare natural sesquiterpene with a 5/5/6 spiral ring skeleton. Their structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectroscopic analysis, and the absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were established by quantum chemical calculations of ECD spectra. Bioassays showed that none of them had significant antibacterial activity and toxicity.
