Аннотация
Spanish-speaking people living with HIV face barriers to ART adherence and access to culturally appropriate digital tools. WiseApp, integrated with the CleverCap smart pill bottle, was culturally adapted for use in the Dominican Republic and New York City and evaluated within a binational randomized trial. Among 89 intervention participants, most reported high usability, satisfaction, and support for self-management. Findings support feasibility of culturally tailored mHealth interventions across diverse Spanish-speaking settings.
