CONCLUSION
Conclusions
The goal of the screening program is to detect and treat high-grade precancer and prevent the development of cancer. Detection of LSIL (CIN1) is carried out by HPV testing and cervical screening, and the diagnosis is verified by histology. Most guidelines talk about surveillance from 18 years of age for 2 years for CIN 1. Diagnosis of persistent infection with HPV 16, 18, 31, 33 and others, and not the presence of CIN1, determines the risk of developing CIN 3.
