Аннотация

With the increased prevalence of club drug use in men who have sex with men(MSM) worldwide, high-risk sexual behaviors have made club drug-abusing MSM a key population at high risk for recent HIV infection. Despite the decrease in recent years, the incidence of recent HIV infection is still high in this population, which is influenced by multiple factors, such as demographic characteristics, including young age, differences in educational attainment, and high mobility, and behavioral characteristics, including club drug use pattern, multiple sexual partners, group sex, and complex cross-group sexual networks. Inadequate compliance with health services, including pre-exposure prophylaxis, and mental health disorders also contribute to the elevated risk for recent HIV infection in this population. This paper summarizes the status of recent HIV incidence in club drug-abusing MSM and the influencing factors to provide reference for relevant research in the future.
