Аннотация
The results are presented of parlodel use in 20 patients with diffuse fibrous-cystic mastopathy before and during parlodel treatment. It was shown that the prolactin level is on the upper limit of normal in the majority of untreated patients. Prolactin response to thyroliberin stimulation is markedly intensified. A good clinical effect and normalization of the prolactin basal level are seen during prolactin therapy, its content being augmented under thyrotropin-releasing hormone action.
