Аннотация
Gastrointestinal diseases, as globally prevalent disorders, exhibit complex pathogenesis with marked time-dependent characteristics. Although modern medical research has recognized the circadian rhythm of gastrointestinal functions, the clinical application of temporal factors remains insufficient. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) chronomedicine theories, including the midnight-noon and ebb-flow doctrine, Yin and Yang of four seasons, and five movements and six Qi, reveal a "time-syndrome-pathology" correlation model that provides unique perspectives and methods for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. This study proposed a chrono-intervention framework that incorporated diurnal, seasonal, and annual rhythmic patterns through methods such as time-adapted pharmacological administration, time-adopted acupuncture, and time-adapted specific acupoint application. The results indicate that TCM chronomedicine theories offer "time-adapted" diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for gastrointestinal diseases, demonstrating significant clinical value. These strategies provide a new paradigm for precision medicine, promote the modernization of TCM theoretical interpretation, and lay a scientific foundation for the internationalization of TCM.
